RTO Summit is a boutique networking conference focused on the receptive tour operator market.   The two-day conference features one day of educational sessions and one day of one-on-one marketplace meetings.

RTO Summit Orlando attracts between 40-60 receptive tour operators.    Orlando now has offices for over 120 receptive companies servicing Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East. Y

Company Description/Headshot & Profile Upgrade

Company Description/Headshot:  Prior the appointment scheduling window we will provide you access to the appointment platform so that you may go and enter/view/update your online profile and submit a 50-word company description and headshot.

Profile Upgrade:  You have the option to upgrade your company listing on the appointment platform  with up to two (2) video links and/or up to two (2) signature images of your destination/product/property or logo, cost $100 per link/image (Note: The headshot as listed above is complimentary).     The images will be included next to your company listing on the online appointment platform and on the printed list of suppliers that will be distributed at the event.   Horizontally laid out photo works best.      The video links will be on the appointment platform only.   The system can only handle links to videos  that are hosted on YouTube, Vimeo or similar, no actual video files.    Cost:  $100 per link/image (max two video links and/or two images).   Deadline:  Aug. 11, 2017   

Appointment Pre-Requests/Scheduling

Buyers & suppliers will be able to request appointments in advance.The appointment pre-request information, including your login credentials for the appointment platform and instructions on how to submit your requests will be sent to you on Aug. 31. You will have until Sep. 12 to submit your requests. Your total number of pre-scheduled appointments will depend on how many buyer requests you received. You will be able to schedule additional appointments – over and above any pre-scheduled appointments –  during an on-site “fill-in” session on Sep. 20.

One-on-One Marketplace Meetings

The one-on-one appointments will take place on Sep. 20. The tour operators will be seated at tables and suppliers will move around to meet with them. There are no booths at RTO Summit.

Dress Code

The dress code for this event is business casual.

  • Present: Supplier registration. Registration fee will increase $100 every month. Registration is subject to sell-out.
  • Aug. 11: Appointment profile upgrades due
  • Aug. 28: Room block cut-off date at Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort
  • Aug. 31 Appointment pre-request window opens.  Information on how to pre-request appointments will be emailed on this day
  • Sep. 12: Appointment pre-request window closes at midnight PST
  • Sep. 13: Appointment schedules are generated
  • Sep. 14: Appointment schedules will be ready to view
  • Sep. 19: RTO Summit Orlando – Symposium/Educational Sessions
  • Sep. 20: RTO Summit Orlando-  Supplier Appointment Fill-In Session & One-on-One Marketplace meetings
