Registration Policies

  • Full Supplier fee includes two days of sessions including Feb. 21 Symposium, conference buyer director, one-on-one marketplace meetings, meal and evening functions. (NOTE: Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee.)
  • Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations for full/current rate registrations received on or before 1/20/18 are refundable, however a cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted for those paying by check and $75 for those paying by credit card. Cancellations after 1/20/18 are non-refundable.  Discounted multi-show package registrations are non-refundable.
  • Registrations paid with a credit card will be paid in full upon registration. (you may also choose to get invoiced and pay with a check later)
  • Attendance at RTO Summit is limited  and subject to sell-out. RTO Summit retains the right to refuse admission to anyone.
  • All registrations are subject to eligibility and approval.
